2026 Beef & Reef Bash

It’s that time of year to get ready for the Rotary Club of Elk Grove’s annual Beef & Reef Bash! We are
preparing a fabulous dinner and auction to raise money for a variety of community and international
service projects. The event will take place at the SES Hall located at 10428 E Stockton Blvd, Elk Grove,
CA 95624 on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

This event is our club’s primary source of working capital for the year and funds raised from it will
directly impact the communities in which we live, work, and play.

With your support, the Rotary Club of Elk Grove will be able to continue and expand its service projects
directed toward our youth, our community, and the international community. We support projects locally
and globally, including:
• Dictionaries for 3rd graders at 13 of our local Elk Grove Unified elementary schools;
• Future Farmers of America programs in Elk Grove
• College Scholarships and Leadership training (RYLA- Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) for high school students;
• Project R.I.D.E. (Riding Instruction Designed for Education)- provides therapeutic recreational horseback riding instruction to students with special needs;
• Elk Grove Senior Center;
• Elk Grove Food Bank and Elk Grove H.A.R.T. (Homeless Assistance Resource Team);
• Sacramento Literacy Foundation;
• Oak Park Rotary House- home for a family with a child going through life saving treatment;
• Rise Against Hunger
• Polio Plus- Rotary International’s effect to eradicate polio worldwide; and
• International Humanitarian programs.

 

We offer many levels of support opportunities to recognize your business as a supporter of the community
and Rotary. Depending on the level of sponsorship, your business will be recognized
• on our website; and/or
• social media.
