Thanks EGHS Interact and our Speaker Richard Moore!  Five officers of the Elk Grove High Interact Club, led by Riley, did a fantastic job of facilitating the meeting last week.  Each officer is a senior and has a plan to attend a four-year college upon graduation.  Our speaker, Richard Moore, spoke about the importance of compassion as Rotarians when giving to our community.  He also enlightened us on the differences in the African American culture compared to other cultures in our society.  We were reminded to continue to strive for diversity within our club membership.

Our speaker this week is our very own Hang Cassens.  Recent discussions regarding immigration have prompted us to invite Hang to tell her story about her immigration experience.  Hang will bring two other guests to share their stories also.

Yours in Rotary,
Frank
