Our next meeting (August 17th) will be held at “Rotary Grove” in Elk Grove Park to honor Rita Velasquez, Dan Lawrence and Wade Lokka. The meeting/ceremony begins at 12:15pm. See you there!
What a treat to have our Elk Grove Rotarian, Cathy Survillas, as a guest speaker this past week. Her passion and dedication to improving the conditions of the Iruri Primary School in Kenya is an inspiration to all of us. Updates will be provided to our members as we move forward with the process of applying for Rotary International Foundation funds to build toilet facilities for the students and staff of that school.
